Reasonable selection of outlet pressure, inlet pressure and pressure transmitter for multi-effect water turbine


China's manufacturers of multi-effect distillers are inseparable from the data acquisition of pressure, liquid level, temperature, flow rate, conductivity and PH meters in the process of distiller control. Water quality and output are controlled by the signals collected by these instruments. Here I briefly introduce the work of pressure transmitter. Principle and mode of selection.
Take DPI41 for example: DPI41 is composed of three parts.
The first part is the most critical part. It is a linear, low temperature drift, high stability sensitive element, transmitter made by precision mechanical coordination, semiconductor integration, packaging of various materials (silicon crystal, glass, ceramics, gold wire, stainless steel, high temperature sintering, filling silicon oil, thick film resistance, special adhesives, etc.). Stability and service life depend on the production process of sensitive components. Honeywell Corporation, USA, was the first successful company in the world. At that time, silicon crystals were used as basic materials for experimental use. Each sensitive component can only be used once, and the cost is very high. Because of the increasingly high level of industrial automation, the demand is once. Through tens of thousands of experiments and 30 years of continuous improvement, they can provide long-term stable and reliable operation of silicon perfectly. Sensitive components, although they can be used for a long time now, have two shortcomings. First, overload can only be 1.5 times, and second, the temperature range is limited. They can only work between - 25 degrees - +85 degrees. These two problems are improved by our BAISSDE company through the silicon base material, the overload performance is increased to 6 times, and the temperature range is not increased. External mechanical structure is increased to 150 degree working range, which can be applied to a wide range of industries and different conditions.
The second part is signal conversion. Sensitive components can not be used in industrial process. It is only a component. We need to convert a component into a product and can turn it into a standard electrical signal output to provide users. At this time, BAISSDE has to design an electronic communication with sensitive components. The circuit transforms the non-standard signal output by the sensitive components into the general mA current signal, and adjusts the different performance of the sensitive components, so that the transmitter output by each standard signal should be normalized and the measurement accuracy can be achieved. In the circuit part, the data acquisition, data analysis and number of the sensitive components should be taken into account. According to the revision, the positive and negative protection, power consumption, anti-interference, anti-vibration, signal isolation, zero adjustment, data communication, electrical safety, load and other functions, using different testing methods, reasonable arrangement, electronic components screening and development of long-term safe use of pressure transmitter.
The third part is the structure part. The structure part is designed according to different customers'needs and using conditions. Our DPI41 transmitter is manufactured according to GMP standard. The structure of the product is flat diaphragm without dead angle. The material of liquid connection is 316L stainless steel, the outer sleeve is 304 stainless steel, and the electronics are used. The cavity is made of cast aluminium alloy. Considering the sanitary requirement, the IP66 protection level is achieved. After the electric connection is tightened, the transmitter will not be damaged by spraying, dust and short-term flooding.
Customers need to pay attention to process pressure and limit pressure when choosing DPI series transmitters. In many users'selection, the limit pressure is often neglected. Sometimes, unpredictable shock pressure and pressure fluctuation will occur in the pipeline. At this time, it is not considered that the high overload pressure transmitter will be damaged by impact pressure, but it is impossible in appearance. The temperature of the inlet pressure of Distiller is higher than that of the outlet pressure. It is necessary to mark the temperature range on the selection of these two points. If the temperature range is not provided according to the normal temperature, the high temperature will damage the resistance bridge arm on the silicon crystal. It will damage the transmitter.
